For our Portfolio class, we we're tasked to create a CD Jacket for a chosen music group which includes the front, spine, and back design. Appropriate graphics, images, and type should be used for the design. All critical information must be included as well.

I chose the popular American rock band, Imagine Dragons. Since they cover different musical genres along the years, I've specifically chosen to design for their 2012 debut studio album titled Night Visions. In this era they are inclined to pop-rock and indie rock genre with songs that are rock heavy, have metaphoric lyrics, indie vibe, and mostly dim visuals.

Throughout their album covers, most of them show a man in the middle or in the foreground with a surreal background. This theme is followed in the design to be consistent with their brand. In the cover, the man is seen falling down the misty ocean in the middle of the night. This captures the feeling of falling when we go to sleep as well as the dim and dark theme of the album.
